Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Delivery on all orders with a total value of PKR 1,999 or above.

Orders below PKR 1,999 may be subject to a shipping fee, which will be displayed during checkout.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During sales, promotions, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.


Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times within Pakistan are:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier operations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipment details (where applicable) so you can track your delivery.

To ensure successful delivery, please provide:

Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delivery delays.


Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the parcel, the shipment may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching returned orders.


Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or any item is missing, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will investigate the issue and work towards a suitable resolution.
