At Quality Paper Products (QPP), customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are here to help. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before requesting a return or exchange.


Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product arrived damaged or defective.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging.

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.


Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Products that have been used, written on, or damaged after delivery.

  • Items without their original packaging.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.

  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless they arrive damaged or incorrect).

  • Bulk or customized orders, unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping error.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number.

  3. Share clear photos or videos showing the issue.

  4. Our team will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.

Approved claims will be resolved through a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the situation.


Exchange Process

Once your exchange request is approved:

  • The original item must be returned.

  • After inspection, a replacement product will be shipped.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product or store credit.


Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

  • Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective product), Quality Paper Products (QPP) will bear the return shipping cost.

If the return is requested for any other approved reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, customers must follow the Return & Exchange process after delivery if eligible.


Quality Inspection

All returned products are inspected before a refund or exchange is approved. We reserve the right to decline requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
